Prices are subject to change please check before booking for current rates. By paying any part of the invoice the hirer is also agreeing to the Terms & Conditions. A $100 deposit is necessary to secure the event time and date. Until a deposit is received, the date cannot be confirmed. The outstanding amount must be paid by the hirer to 123 PhotoBooth at least 14 days before the event. If booked within 7 days of the event, non-refundable full payment must be received within 48 hours of booking. A travel surcharge may apply to events 50 kms outside of the Melbourne metropolitan area. Certain dates may be subject to an additional surcharge.

All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

If the hirer cancels within 14 days of booking, the Deposit will be returned in full. Prior notice is required of changes to the time and date of the event. 123 PhotoBooth cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays at the venue.

123 PhotoBooth will not sell your details to any third party and will take reasonable measures to ensure that your details remain confidential.

0-50km from Melbourne CBD = FREE
50km-70km from Melbourne CBD = $100*
70km-100km from Melbourne CBD = $200*
* = 4 hour minimum hire for venues greater than 30km from Melbourne CBD

Parking in Melbourne CBD during 8am-6pm is will be arranged or paid for by the hirer.

Delivery, set up and removal of the PhotoBooth are free of charge. Time taken to deliver, set up and remove the PhotoBooth will be outside the rental period. A trained photobooth operator will be within close proximity of the PhotoBooth at all times to ensure smooth running. At all times care will be taken by 123 PhotoBooth to ensure delivery of high quality photo strips, however, should equipment failure or damage caused by personal injury or guests occur, liability is limited to monies paid. The hirer will be liable for Any damage caused to the PhotoBooth within the duration of the hire.

When hiring from 123 PhotoBooth, the hirer gives permission for images taken at the event to be used on 123 PhotoBooth website and for advertising purposes. Unless advised prior to the event that they would not like their images used .123 PhotoBooth will not use images which are deemed unsuitable on their website or for advertising and will not use any content that may be personally damaging to any person/s.

We will not be liable for failing to perform under the Agreement by the occurrence of any event beyond our reasonable control, including a labour disturbance, Internet outage or interruption of service, communication outage failure by a service provided to us to perform, fire, threatened or actual act of terrorism, natural disaster or war.

123 PhotoBooth operator may stop the usage of the PhotoBooth at any time during the event if they feel that the PhotoBooth is being misused in a way that is dangerous to any persons or potentially damaging to the product. Any variations to these Terms & Conditions must be agreed to in writing by 123 PhotoBooth.
